Best Pie n mash
Where's the best pie n mash you've ever had? Over the years I've had pie n mash at Kellys, manzes, Nathan's, Duncan's, robins, George's (hermit road), Walthamstow and Leytonstone high road, the best for me has to have been Duncan's Upton Park, miss that old place.

The one that used to be in exmouth mkt was my favourite.

Now I'd say manzes on tower bridge rd is about the best.

Maureen's in Chrisp St Market is always overlooked. It does more than the "traditional" pie & mash as there's a choice of steak or standard pies, they do gravy as well as liquor and they sell hot salt beef on bagels or rye too.
Handy for anyone working in Docklands

NOTED in Leytonstone is good and cheap (£5 for a double double). Only thing is it open from 12 to 3 daily.
